Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 1 January 2025
Thank you for using Fifty Two For You. These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) explain how our service works and what we both agree to when you use it.
By purchasing a product, creating an account, or using our website, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the service.
1. Who we are
“We”, “us” and “our” refer to:
Fifty Two For You LLC
Email: hello@fiftytwoforyou.com
We provide a digital legacy service where:
A “buyer” purchases access
A “writer” receives weekly questions by email and replies with their answers
After a period (for example, 52 weeks), we compile the answers into a digital book (PDF)
The buyer and/or recipient can download and print the book themselves if they wish
We do not send printed books. We only provide digital files.
2. Who these Terms apply to
These Terms apply to:
People who buy a Fifty Two For You product
People who are invited to take part as writers or recipients
Anyone who visits or uses our website
If you are using the service on behalf of someone else, you confirm you are authorised to do so.
You should be at least 18 years old to purchase a product.
If you invite a younger person to answer questions, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the appropriate consent.
3. Our service
3.1 What we provide
When you purchase a product from us, we will:
Ask you for the relevant details (e.g. writer’s name, email, recipient’s email, start date)
Send weekly questions by email to the writer from the chosen start date
Store the answers securely
Generate a digital book (PDF) from the collected answers
Make the digital book available to download for a limited period, as described on our website
We may update or improve the service over time, but the core idea remains: questions by email → answers → digital book.
3.2 What we do not provide
We do not post or ship physical, printed books
We do not guarantee any particular printer or print quality if you choose to print the PDF yourself
We do not provide counselling or legal/financial advice – the content is personal and created by you/your family

You agree to:
Provide accurate and up-to-date information
Keep login details (if any) secure
